Southern fans are predicting a huge Indian win. I laughed so hard I almost pooped my shorts! Fact: Southern Head Coach-no experience Ep Head Coach-D1 coach of the year at Stow, 20+ yrs coaching. Do you really think Mattes is worried about Southern and that offense? PLEASE! So, now the coaches are playing the game and not the players? You still have to have the kids and it's pretty early in the season to start throwing manure!

bulldog1974 you seem to be a walking book of knowledge. Why is the Head Coach at East Palestine if he is so darn good. He either burned himself out or just overstayed his welcome at Stow. Yea I know what you will say he retired because he had nothing else to prove. Earlier i predicted a win for the Bulldogs and now after reading how bulldog1974 feels about Southern, I hope the Indians kick their butts. I would like to see this laughing jack*** poop his shorts. Southern will be better than he gives them credit for.

And the people from Southern have been honking the horn of their first year coach. And no one from East Palestine can honk a horn or two with out negative posts. What a one way street.

Southern Local was just to much for the Dogs tonight. Southern Local is very big, real strong, and they have a bunch of nice athletes on that team. Also on the issue of the experienced coach for EP vs the Indians head coach, it appeared to me that Coach Skrinjar and his staff had their team very prepaired for this game. It is very obvious that the Southern kids have been working very hard in the weight room in the off season, it showed tonight. Good luck to the Bulldogs the rest of the season.

Too much for the underclassmen that start for the Bulldogs, you have to remember this is a rebuilding year, new coach or not. Southern proved nothing by winning, other than they were a veteren squad. Clipper 1970, you have been a joke since you were on the Huddle! JUMPBALL!

I kind of figured someone would bring up about underclassmen. Southern Local roster is full of underclassmen that contribute to the team. One example was at nose tackle on Southern Local's defense was anchored by levi Haddox who started and played the entire game and he is a freshman. Other underclassmen who played for Southern was Steve Treadway soph, Zack Puckett jr, JJ Napierkowski soph, Logan Hickman soph, Dominic Gibson soph, Taron Tisdale jr, Luke Griffith soph, and Nick Oats soph, I'm sure I missed some who played and I appologize for that. Also Southern's qb Jake Boyle has not played football since he was a freshman. Believe me, Southern Local will be a work in progress most of the season. Southern did not prove anything and will have to work very hard if more wins are in the future. I counted 7 seniors for the Dogs and 14 for the Indians. Also the Indians had a few seniors that did not play for one reason or another.

If you would have read, he didn't call Southern a joke, he called the fans prediction a joke. Don't be so quick to beat him up.
