I know Jackson-Milton, Crestview, South Range, and Wellsville have wrestling. As a result, there are not enough ITCL member schools with wrestling to have a league tournament. I believe, for some reason six sticks in my head as the number of schools that would need to participate in a sport before the league recognizes a league champion.
