Has anyone heard how Clegg is doing. I know he left the Leetonia game in the second quarter with some type of knee injury and did not return. It's been awful quiet about this game on all of the different sites.

Clegg is out for the year. Tough break for Berlin Center.

I heard he is day to day, and may play.

He could depending on how bad the tear is and how much pain he has. I would not advise it. But his doctor will most likely have the last say.

Play with a torn meniscus? Not that unusual avergejoe. Mineral Ridge quarterback Jesse Garland played with a torn meniscus this year, and A.J. Zitello, the running back from Ridge, back several years ago played the entire season with a torn miniscus. You can play with it, just pray he doesn't take any hits to the knee, that will mean surgery Monday morning!

But Garland had two weeks off between the injury and when he came back with the brace. If the swelling and pain are gone I agree he could play.

Yeah, I hadn't thought about that. It will be interesting to see who starts at QB for Reserve tonight.

McDonald Wins 13-7
McDonald's POY nominee Nick Rota didn't play after the 1st quarter but McDonald still found a way to win.
