Here are just a couple of underclassmen from each team that I feel could be poised for breakout seasons after having watched most of them play last year either in Varsity or JV games. Hope to watch these young men reach their gridiron potential. If anyone has any more players feel free to add and list positions. Any help on Mineral Ridge would be appreciated.
South Range Jack Dawson QB/JR Hunter Spitz ATH/So Chris Gause OL-DL/JR Jeremy Heck OL-DL/JR Grant Snyder OL-DL/JR Jojo Stephenson HB/SO
Crestview Cameron Reynolds JR Corey Hill JR Jakob Leon JR JD Harris SO Nick Robinson JR
East Palestine Thomas Delo JR Ben Gysin SO Tom Muir SO Jeff Salyers JR Ryan Dilworth SO Dalton Cope JR
Lisbon Aaron Sweeny JR Matt Grimm JR
Mineral Ridge Don't Know too much about....
Springfield Todd Kibby JR Eric Lipp JR
United Adam Lewis JR Beau Smith JR Harley Schwartz JR Ethan Wutrick JR

Twink75: If that holds true then the rest of the upper tier better watch out and the everyone in the stands is in for a treat. Greg was lightning quick for a guard and Gary was one of if not the strongest person the Raider program has ever seen. And to say that Grant has the ability to blend both of his brothers finest abilities into one great package, college coaches better be on the look out. And to think this fine young man still has two years of high school left!!!!!!!!!

it should hold true because i know him really well, and his first year of football was in 7th grade and he played for the 8th grade team his first year.

Also his older brother gary and one of his coaches told grant that if he got his head on straight he will have both abilities of his brothers and will make a good athlete.

For SR Andrew Padach is a warrior. Willison has capabilities of kicking anything 60 yards and on the line you better watch out for Dan Pierce and Levi Kenney, they're tanks.

Yes, and I would also like to add that Craig Jones and Ryan Rach are fearless and Snyder you're a grizzly bear and I'm glad you cut your hair, it looks decent now.

I don't believe I've even mentioned Ryan Rach. With all the hype about his older brother he sometimes gets lost in the mix but out on the field that is far from the truth. Coaltrain23 you are right on the money when you say he is fearless and def. reckless with his own body. Many of these seniors have no regard for their own body which makes them very dangerous weapons on the field. Rach and Jones will def make an impact on the field this year and I think we will all be watching and "awwwiinnngg" at the big hits that these two will lay down over the course of the season. So keep up the hard work and stay focused for that first game against Destro and The Cats up in Mogadore.

Since JJHuddle has now turned to a "pay to view" site, I was wondering if any of the members of this forum and JJ's could post what JJ has to say about the preview for South Range and any other ITCL teams that come up on the site. Thanks.

With Columbiana losing most of last year's regional finalist team, it will be real interesting to see what youngsters step up for them. South Range looks to be a team with even more talent than last year which is scary. If they stay focused I wouldnt be surprised to see them make a deep playoff push. Also, Springfield will need some of their younger players to take responsibility. I don't know much about United other than them losing a very talented duo in Phillips and Wrask.Lisbon looks young from what i know (not much), and crestview looks very strong returning the majority of their powerhouse backfield from last year. A couple holes to fill on defense, which should be interesting to see. East Palestine should be excited to play on that new turf, and hopefully have a successful season. They have the talent to be a tough team this year. I also wouldn't say that Ridge is overrated, and i would also put them right up there in the hunt for the second ITCL title along with SR and CR. Zitello is a very talented runningback, and needs some people to step up around him. At this point I wouldn't put anyone ahead of South Range based on their consistency in the past.

wow, period......
I cannot believe that post above me....
anyhow, Ep will be the proverbial dark horse and someone will be upset by them...SR, Crestview? and that upset might just slide the 'Dogs into a place that no one expected. Ep is still young, but loaded with experience and a lot of talent and very respectable size on the line....
