This one is always a great game, neither team has the advantage IMO. Is this the game of the week?

This is should be another classic game between two great teams. Crestview is looking good after an early loss and seem poised to win this game on the legs and arm of Tony Britton. He looked really good this past week against the Dawgs but might have his hands full with the Raiders. The Raiders looked good again this week and are taking it one game at a time. I give a slight advantage to the Raiders because they have the mind set of beating the Rebs. These are two great coached teams that are very well matched up one another. I expect the game to be close the entire way. After a hard hitting game that is well deserving of Game of the Week I predict the Raiders escape with a narrow victory: 28-21

Raiders win for the ninth time in a row 21-6. Unbelieveable. Anyone at the game have any thoughts or comments?

unimpressed with both teams. Ursuline will destroy either by 63!

I will have to agree with thexfactor, a very lack-luster game, but i will have to disagree that Ursuline would win by that kind of margin. They are good but not that good. They might not even make the playoffs but if they do lookout. They would have to be the favorites. Back to the game. I was not disappointed by any means with the game because it was a typical hard fought game b/w two great teams in the area. I was not that impressed with either team but I must say that the goal line stand of 8 plays within the 10 was rather impressive for the Raiders D. The Raiders were able to contain Britton for most of the night after his impressive game last week against EP. Hill looked strong and fast out there and JD Harris is a monster. Congratulations to Chris Novak on being named Player of the Game. This stadium was packed and left no room to hardly move around. And congratulations to the lucky C-view fan who won the 50-50. Hopefully the Rebels will be able to get over this huge mental block of the Raiders. They seem to shoot themselves in the foot with costly turnovers. Good luck the rest of the way and with any luck we'll cya in the playoffs.....again.

to think that either team could compete with Ursuline is insanity.

Should we just not have playoffs and hand Ursuline the regional final trophy? Makes sense to me. This is why they play the game. Any given night any team could lose and any team could win no matter how good or how bad they might be. Ursuline is good but by no means unbeatable. South Range, Crestview and the rest of this region will have something to say come playoff time.

thexfactor, Bring on the recruits, I don't care who Ursuline beat or who they can beat. With their tough schedule it will be hard for them to get in, and if they do make it in, there are D5 teams that will play with them. Just because their the best recruits does not mean that they are gonna beat everyone. There is no way South Range would even let Ursuline put 63 points up on them. You guys from Y'town just keep your jaws going, because they'll be stuck open if Ursuline doesn't make it or one of these little schools beat em which will happen.

While Ursuline may be a favorite with their speed, size, and strength by no means will they roll over everyone in this region. There are very capable teams of beating them. Yes they do have SIZE, SPEED, and STRENGTH but will they have the drive and heart to come out of this region victorious? Goliath doesn't always win, and there is always more on the line for the favorite so I'm sure all of these small inadequate schools love the underdog role and are looking forward to the playoffs if they are fortunate enough.
Just Remember Raiders (And for all those other schools who don't stand a chance against Ursuline, so were told)- The Strength of the wolf is in the pack! Mathews99, congrats on your great start to the season. Hopefully you guys can finish strong and make the playoffs again this year. We would love to meet up with you guys again. Its been a couple years but best of luck the rest of the way!!!
